RI Aviation has direct experience under a US Army contract supplying Mi-17 maintenance support in Afghanistan, both in Kabul and at the forward operating bases.  RI charges a fixed rate of $9,000 USD per month for a technician from an IAC/Mil certified facility.  This rate includes uplift and insurance, but  does not include DBA.  Making use of our experienced, low cost labor, we look forward to working with the F2AST primes to meet the U.S. requirements in Afghansitan.
